Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window:
Orders can be cancelled before production or shipment. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot process returns or refunds for such issues.
Non-Defective Returns: Unwanted items (unused, in original packaging) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and possible restocking fees.
Return Process:
Contact our support team at tkbubu1@outlook.com within the specified timeframe. Include:
Order number
Photos/videos of the issue (for damaged/defective items)
Reason for return
We will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Customer Responsibilities:
Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping.
Retain the logistics receipt/tracking number for proof of return.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Important Notes
Late Claims: Issues reported after 7 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, perishable, or intimate products are final sale unless defective.
Lost Returns: We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without a valid tracking number.
